A little help.
Then back to your time.
How do I start?
Open PulseCue on Watch. Choose Countdown or Count up, set a duration and select cues. Tap Start.
How do the pulse counts work?
Only selected intermediate cues are counted: 1, then 2, then 3. Count-up intervals continue increasing. A numbered interval exactly at the finish plays once without an extra finish pattern.
Why does the phone say “Waiting for Watch”?
Success appears only after Watch receives and saves the settings. Open PulseCue on both paired devices and check their connection. Update both apps to the same version, then send again.
What if I cannot feel the cues?
Check Watch Settings → Sounds & Haptics, enable haptic alerts and Prominent Haptics, choose the Strong or Alert pattern, and wear the Watch snugly. Test a short session before relying on it. Device settings affect sound and haptics.
Does it run when I lower my wrist?
Yes. Tap Allow Health access on Watch or iPhone and allow Workouts. During a timer, PulseCue runs a workout session that keeps counted cues on time with your wrist down; nothing is saved to Health. If access is off, cues play only while PulseCue is open. Turn it on in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → PulseCue. The in-app Quick start guide can be reopened from Wrist-down setup.
How do I pause or stop?
Use Pause and Resume on the running screen. End returns to setup.
How can I avoid interruptions?
Use a Focus to silence other calls and notifications. If you set up a timer on iPhone, send it to Watch first.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Visit Apple’s purchase support.
Where is my data?
Settings are stored on your devices. Uninstalling removes that app’s local data; remove it on both devices if needed. See the privacy policy.
