Your time.
Your devices.

Effective date: 25 October 2026. This policy covers the PulseCue iPhone and Apple Watch applications.

Data collected by the app developer

PulseCue does not include advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs. The app does not require an account and does not send your timer settings to a developer-operated server. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.

On-device storage and transfer

Timer preferences, active session state and transfer confirmation identifiers are stored locally. Active session state includes the timer plan, elapsed time, save time and delivered-cue identifiers so an interrupted session can be restored. When you choose Send to Watch, settings are exchanged with your paired Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity service. Session diagnostic events are held in app memory for troubleshooting and are not automatically uploaded.

Apple services

Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide platform diagnostics according to your Apple settings. This is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. PulseCue does not receive payment card details.

Health and location

To keep timer cues vibrating on time while your wrist is lowered, the Apple Watch app asks for permission to write workouts in Apple Health and runs a workout session during a timer. PulseCue does not save any workout or other data to Health, does not read health data such as heart rate, and does not share Health information with the developer or third parties. You can turn this permission off in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → PulseCue. PulseCue does not track your location.

Deletion

Uninstall the app to remove its local settings. Because the devices keep their own copies, remove the app from both iPhone and Watch if you want to remove both copies.

This website

These support pages have no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and technical access logs to operate and secure the website. These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages; see GitHub’s privacy statement. Such infrastructure processing is separate from the timer app’s on-device settings.

Changes

If app behavior changes, this policy will be updated before related data practices are introduced. The effective date above identifies the current version.
